Description

Transcode MPEG from/to different formats using this command-line tool. M2-xcode CL can transcode chrominance (422 -> 420); format MPEG-2 -> MPEG-1, IBP long GOP -> all-I frame short GOP, transport <-> Program <-> System stream; Fast bit rate conversion MPEG -> MPEG including transport, program and system, frame size transcoding.
